The village Lukashin is located in Armavir province (marz). Here you can stay in the comfortable houses of the members of the “Lukashin Agricultural Association” consumers’ co-operative, as well as in the households engaged in organic agriculture. The “Lukashin Agricultural Association” consumers’ co-operative was founded in 2005. Initially the co-operative had 42 members; currently the number of the members is twice as much. The total area of the lands of the co-operative members is 106,5 ha, out of which 40 ha are for cultivation of high value crops (apricot, peach, plump, grapes, etc.), 42 ha are for low value crops (wheat, barley, maize), 18 ha for the organic production crops (apricot, peach, plum, grapes, melons and g o urds and vegetable crops), 1 ha is for non-conventional crops (broccoli, kohlrabi, Beijing cabbage, lettuce , etc.) and 8 , 5 ha make the untilled lands.
We are in close cooperation with local and international organizations. The co-operative provides mainly delivery, marketing management and advisory services, as well as educational programs.
